Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship directly from our factory in Spain via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
International Shipping
We now ship to the United States and Canada . All international orders are sent via tracked courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery time frames:
- United States: 7–14 business days from dispatch
- Canada: 10–16 business days from dispatch
Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before ordering.
Pre-Orders & Made to Order
Some items are offered as pre-orders or may be temporarily out of stock. These styles are made to order and generally take 6–8 weeks, depending on the design.
If you place a pre-order, we'll send a follow-up email the next business day with an estimated production lead time so you know exactly what to expect.
Size Availability
Size availability is shown on each product page at the time of your order. In rare cases, a size may sell out between ordering and dispatch — if this happens, we'll contact you promptly with updated delivery details.
Order Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment. You'll receive full tracking information once your order is on its way.
Please note:We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
