Shipping
Most orders are shipped directly from our factory in Spain using UPS, FedEx, or DHL for a flat rate of $69 AUD. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days ✈️
Some items are offered as pre-orders or may be temporarily out of stock. These styles are made to order and generally take 35–65 days, depending on the design. If you place a pre-order, we'll send a follow-up email the next business day with an estimated production lead time so you know exactly what to expect.
Size availability is shown on each product page when you place your order. In rare cases, a size may sell out — if this happens, we'll contact you promptly with updated delivery details.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment, and you'll receive full tracking information once your order is on its way.
Please note that we're unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes OR Parcel Lockers.
International Shipping — United States & Canada
We now ship to the United States and Canada from our warehouse in Australia. All international orders are sent via tracked courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery timeframes:
- United States: 7–14 business days from dispatch
- Canada: 10–16 business days from dispatch
Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before ordering.
Pre-orders: International pre-orders follow the same production lead times as domestic orders (35–65 days), plus the international shipping timeframe above.
Tracking: Full tracking is provided on all international orders. You'll receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that we're unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes for international orders. A physical street address is required.
