Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship directly from our factory in Spain via UPS, FedEx, or DHL for a flat rate of $59 AUD. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
Pre-Orders & Made to Order
Some items are offered as pre-orders or may be temporarily out of stock. These styles are made to order and generally take 6–8 weeks, depending on the design.
If you place a pre-order, we'll send a follow-up email the next business day with an estimated production lead time so you know exactly what to expect.
Size Availability
Size availability is shown on each product page at the time of your order. In rare cases, a size may sell out between ordering and dispatch — if this happens, we'll contact you promptly with updated delivery details.
Order Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment. You'll receive full tracking information once your order is on its way.
