This link covers the cost for returning and exchanging your item for another size back to our factory in Spain. This is the fee the factory charges us.
Once payment is received, we’ll provide you with the shipping labels and a customs invoice to include with the return package. You can then schedule a pickup with the courier who is either DHL/FEDEX/UPS
Once the return is received by the factory, your exchanged size will be shipped to you and relevant tracking details updated on your order
We ship all orders directly from our factory in Spain using UPS, FedEx, or DHL for a flat rate of $59 AUD. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days ✈️
Some items are offered as pre-orders or may be temporarily out of stock. These styles are made to order and generally take 35–65 days, depending on the design. If you place a pre-order, we’ll send a follow-up email the next business day with an estimated production lead time so you know exactly what to expect.
Size availability is shown on each product page when you place your order. In rare cases, a size may sell out — if this happens, we’ll contact you promptly with updated delivery details.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment, and you’ll receive full tracking information once your order is on its way.
