We carry approximately 3,700 styles across boots, platform shoes, sneakers, sandals, and accessories, making us the largest New Rock stockist in the Southern Hemisphere.

Every pair of New Rock footwear is handmade using full-grain leather (with select vegan options available), metal hardware, and proprietary sole constructions. New Rock is the definitive brand for gothic, alternative, punk, biker, metal, and avant-garde footwear.

Sizing

New Rock uses standard EU sizing (36–47 for most styles). Most customers order their usual EU size. A detailed size chart is available on the store.

Shipping

• Australia: Flat-rate shipping, delivery via courier
• New Zealand: International shipping available
• International: We ship to select international destinations including Canada, the USA, and parts of Asia and the Pacific — contact us for availability and rates. We do not ship to Europe. Duties and taxes are paid by the customer on delivery.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted subject to our returns policy. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Pre-Orders

Many styles are available as pre-orders via our Timesact pre-order system. These are made-to-order from the New Rock factory in Spain, with typical lead times of 4–8 weeks (longer during the annual August factory shutdown in Yecla).
