All orders ship directly from our factory in Spain via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Japan and Singapore. All international orders are sent via tracked courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery time frame: 5–14 business days from dispatch for all international orders.

Customs & duties: For orders to the United States, Canada, Japan and Singapore, import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. For all other destinations, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pre-Orders & Made to Order

Some items are offered as pre-orders or may be temporarily out of stock. These styles are made to order and generally take 6–8 weeks, depending on the design.

If you place a pre-order, we'll send a follow-up email the next business day with an estimated production lead time so you know exactly what to expect.

Size Availability

Size availability is shown on each product page at the time of your order. In rare cases, a size may sell out between ordering and dispatch — if this happens, we'll contact you promptly with updated delivery details.
