Shipments And Returns

All our orders are shipped directly from the factory in Spain by UPS OR DHL couriers-Once the shipment has been manifesetd it will take around 5 business days to reach you.Please carefuly check the stock avaialbility on our web when ordering.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.We offer a flat rate fee of €49 on all orders.We advise you to group your items in one order as this will only incur a flat fee of €49
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

RETURNS

We offer 14 days return on all products.The buyer is responsible for returning the product back to the factory in Spain.As all products are shipped direct from Spain the courier costs for a replacement product/size will be €60( Euros)

Your right to return the products

If you wish to exchange the size please return the product in the original packaging and in perfect condition.  Return postage is at the buyers expense. 

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us you may return it for a credit or exchange.  For an exchange you will pay the price difference that exists between the original and the new. Returns will not be accepted without the previous written authorization of New Rock. For a return you must contact us within 14 days after delivery of the products to you.  Again the product must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.

 Product warranty

The process for a claim for defective material and to avoid unnecessary costs is:

If we accept the return, you may send the product at no cost. New Rock will indicate how to proceed. We will not accept returns that have not been approved by us.

New Rock will not credit the shipping charges of faulty goods that have been returned without prior authorization.

In case of return of a defective product due to a manufacturing fault, New Rock will replace the product. If the product is not available we will refund the amount paid or suggest a similar product.

In case of return of a defective product due to an error in use, New Rock will inform the customer in writing and return the product without reparation.

The products that are damaged due to misuse, excessive use, excessive heat, damage by third parties are specifically excluded. It should also be borne in mind that the vast majority of our products are of natural leather and some small differences in colour or texture can be observed.

In case of error in shipment by us we will have the product collected and returned without additional costs.
